Financial Services Guide

Our Financial Services Guide (FSG) explains who we are, the services we are authorised to provide, how we and our representatives are paid, any associations or relationships that could influence us, and how to make a complaint.

We provide our FSG before we provide a financial service to a retail client. To request a copy, email [email protected].

The nature of our advice

General advice only.

WenVest is authorised to provide general financial product advice. This means:

  • Our advice does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs;

We are not authorised to provide personal advice - advice that takes your individual circumstances into account. If that is what you need, you should speak to an adviser licensed to provide it, and we will tell you so rather than blur the line.

We also do not manage accounts at our own discretion. We act on your instructions.
